For this CSS Zen Garden project, I designed an ocean-themed website using HTML and CSS. The design features vibrant colors and elements inspired by the sea. To add extra vibrance, I incorporated an animated turtle in the top-right corner, enhancing the dynamic feel of the website and creating an engaging experience for users.
